A program will be developed based on the client's current activity levels and the goals they are trying to attain.
Individual results will vary based on how much effort the client puts into their programs and following the guidelines given. Online personal training is most ideal for those individuals who are self motivated but need the direction and guidance of a personal trainer. If ongoing guidance is required then a Weekly Monitoring Plan is best.
Weekly Monitoring Plan:
A minimum of an 8 week commitment is required to be able to see noticeable improvements. Weekly communication along with pictures and measurements will be required to be submitted to monitor and make any necessary changes to the programs based on the results given. Meal Plan and Workout Program are included.
Once payment is made and verified, you will receive an email to confirm the information provided. Additional questions may be asked for clarification before a program will be emailed to you.
